A doctor of law, legal counsel, and a graduate of legislative training, postgraduate studies in public procurement, computer science, and environmental management, as well as an MBA. She has served for many years as Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. She actively participates in legislative processes that provide the legal basis for key projects in the area of state computerization. She passionately utilizes her acquired knowledge and experience in her work with students as an academic lecturer, teaching courses on legislation and the digitalization of public administration. She has authored articles on the legal aspects of state computerization, focusing in particular on digital identity and trust services.
