Rafał Sionkowski, an experienced expert who has been responsible for many years for working with sectors where access to software plays a key role, introducing solutions such as contactless and mobile payments. He is the author of a project stemming from the financial services market in Poland. 

He currently serves as the Director of the Electronic Identification Department at the Central Information Technology Center, where the remaining elements include the mObywatel application. He focuses on providing innovative technologies that ensure access to public services, while also providing experts and introducing modern technologies that truly make life easier.

With extensive experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), electronic signatures, and paperless process implementation, he also played a key role in establishing one of Poland’s qualified Certification Authorities. Anna Przewor has served in the Police since 2000, specializing in forensic document examination. She has long been associated with the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, where she led the Department of Document Examination and Audiovisual Techniques and carried out international cooperation projects.
She is the author and co-author of scientific publications, a recipient of the Tadeusz Hanauszek Award, and has been recognized by Europol for developing one of the most innovative research methods in forensic document analysis.

Prof. Marek Rocki, PhD, DSc, Professor of social sciences, economist, affiliated with the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) since 1981, where he has served as Vice-Rector, Dean, and Rector (1999–2005, 2016–2020). 

He is Chair of the Consultative Council of the Institute of Economic Development at SGH and Chair of the Programme Council of the Centre for Higher Education Research at the Jagiellonian University.  He served as a Senator of the Republic of Poland from 2005 to 2019, and previously as Chair of the Civil Service Council and the Polish Accreditation Committee. He has also been a member of supervisory boards of numerous companies, including those in the financial sector.

Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz is a distinguished Polish economist and banker, who served as President of the Polish Bank Association from 2003 to 2023 and has been a key figure in building the infrastructure of Poland’s banking sector.A graduate of the University of Wroclaw and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, he co-founded the Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa (National Clearing House) and the Biuro Informacji Kredytowej (Credit Information Bureau). He has been awarded an honorary doctorate by SGH.Since 2023, he has served as an advisor to the Management Board of the Polish Bank Association.
