Graduate of the University of Szczecin (Law and Economics) and the University of Gdańsk (Postgraduate Studies in New Technologies Law and Intellectual Property Law). He holds an MBA from the Gdańsk University of Technology (The International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management). Attorney-at-law, from 2016 to 2024 a member of the District Council of the Bar Association of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk. Director of the Legal and Legislative Department, from 2016 Vice President of the Management Board, and since August 2020 President of the Management Board of the Polish Financial Companies Association (Związek Przedsiębiorstw Finansowych). In 2015–2017, he served as Chairman of the Legal and Political Committee of EUROFINAS (the European Federation of Finance House Associations) in Brussels, the largest organization of consumer credit providers in Europe, and is currently a member of its Management Board. Founder, creator, and President of the Business Club of Lechia Gdańsk (since December 2024).
