Wojciech Wodo

Wrocław University of Science and Technology

He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Mr. Wodo earned his PhD in computer science from the Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw. Dr. Wodo’s research interests include computer security, with particular emphasis on biometrics, electronic identity, and the cybersecurity of digital banking. Wojciech Wodo has led numerous research and development projects funded by agencies such as the National Science Centre (NCN), the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP), and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR). He also has experience in innovation management and entrepreneurship, allowing him to effectively commercialize research in collaboration with industry, including PayEye and Identt. Dr. Wodo is an Open Science enthusiast and is involved in European projects on openness, transportability, and integrity in science. He is a practitioner of Open Educational Resources and the FAIR principles.
