Founder of the firm, registered as a legal advisor by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. A graduate of the University of Wrocław and postgraduate studies in mediation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He has been providing legal services to entrepreneurs for over 10 years. He gained experience in law firms and business incubators, and currently provides legal services to businesses. He has represented clients in several hundred court cases. He specializes in civil law, corporate law, and civil procedure. He has experience in serving large entities and investments in the construction industry, as well as in conducting the formation, liquidation, and transformation of commercial companies. He is fluent in English, including legal English. He serves both start-ups and international corporations. He has conducted and continues to conduct numerous legal training courses for entrepreneurs, business people, and students, including at the Wrocław University of Economics and the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
