Rafał Sionkowski, an experienced expert who has been responsible for many years for working with sectors where access to software plays a key role, introducing solutions such as contactless and mobile payments. He is the author of a project stemming from the financial services market in Poland. 

He currently serves as the Director of the Electronic Identification Department at the Central Information Technology Center, where the remaining elements include the mObywatel application. He focuses on providing innovative technologies that ensure access to public services, while also providing experts and introducing modern technologies that truly make life easier.

Artur Miękina is Director of Project Sales and e-Business Development at Asseco Data Systems. He has been with the company since 2016, leading initiatives in trust services, electronic identification, and digital transformation.
With extensive experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), electronic signatures, and paperless process implementation, he also played a key role in establishing one of Poland’s qualified Certification Authorities. He combines strong technical expertise with business strategy, delivering scalable digital identity and trust solutions aligned with market needs.

Anna Przewor has served in the Police since 2000, specializing in forensic document examination. She has long been associated with the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, where she led the Department of Document Examination and Audiovisual Techniques and carried out international cooperation projects.
She is the author and co-author of scientific publications, a recipient of the Tadeusz Hanauszek Award, and has been recognized by Europol for developing one of the most innovative research methods in forensic document analysis.

Prof. Marek Rocki, PhD, DSc, Professor of social sciences, economist, affiliated with the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) since 1981, where he has served as Vice-Rector, Dean, and Rector (1999–2005, 2016–2020). 

He is Chair of the Consultative Council of the Institute of Economic Development at SGH and Chair of the Programme Council of the Centre for Higher Education Research at the Jagiellonian University.  He served as a Senator of the Republic of Poland from 2005 to 2019, and previously as Chair of the Civil Service Council and the Polish Accreditation Committee. He has also been a member of supervisory boards of numerous companies, including those in the financial sector.

Bartłomej Pejo – Chairman of the Digitization, Innovation and Modern Technologies Committee of the Sejm, Member of the Sejm of the 10th term. Member of the Modern Technologies and Digitization Council to the President of the Republic of Poland. Initiator of parliamentary debates on freedom of speech on the internet, artificial intelligence, and the modern state; promoter of digital sovereignty. Long-standing manager at Poland’s largest automotive companies, specializing in the implementation of innovative business solutions.

Paulina Dzwonkowska – an expert in digital trust services, electronic signatures, and business process digitalization. Professionally affiliated with Asseco Data Systems, where she supports organizations in implementing qualified trust services compliant with eIDAS regulations, as well as modern solutions that streamline electronic document workflows.
She specializes in HR process transformation, paperless solutions implementation, and building secure environments for digital document exchange. In her work, she focuses on the practical application of digital identity technologies and trust services in business, combining regulatory expertise with hands-on experience in large-scale implementations for major organizations.

Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz is a distinguished Polish economist and banker, who served as President of the Polish Bank Association from 2003 to 2023 and has been a key figure in building the infrastructure of Poland’s banking sector.
A graduate of the University of Wroclaw and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, he co-founded the Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa (National Clearing House) and the Biuro Informacji Kredytowej (Credit Information Bureau). He has been awarded an honorary doctorate by SGH.
Since 2023, he has served as an advisor to the Management Board of the Polish Bank Association.

Igor Sumara is an attorney at an IT law firm, a key source of new tech funding. He holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law and is an ISO 27001 internal auditor. He has participated in international projects for entities such as Amazon, Oxford University Press, and Google. He has advanced experience in regulatory compliance for technology companies and consults on industrial software and information security, including license management.

Janusz Cieszyński – Member of the Polish Parliament, former Minister of Digital Affairs and former Secretary of State responsible for digital transformation in public administration. His work focuses on the development of digital public services, cybersecurity, and the implementation of modern technologies in the public sector. He has co-created and overseen the implementation of numerous digital government projects, including the development of e-government services and electronic identification systems. 

Magdalena Witkowska-Krzymowska – PhD in Law, legal advisor, graduate of legislative training, postgraduate studies in environmental protection, computer science, and management, and an MBA. For many years, she has served as Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. She actively participates in legislative processes establishing the legal basis for key goals in the area of state computerization. She passionately utilizes her acquired knowledge and experience in her work with students as a lecturer in the field of legislation and the digitalization of public administration. She has authored legal articles related to the legal obligation of state computerization, focusing in particular on identity devices and trust services.

Edward Koziarzewski – Founder of the Law Firm, registered as a legal advisor with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. Graduate of the University of Wrocław and postgraduate studies in mediation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS). For over 10 years, he has been providing legal services to entrepreneurs and businesses. He gained his professional experience in law firms and business incubators, and currently focuses on comprehensive legal support for companies. He has represented clients in several hundred court proceedings. He specializes in civil law, company law, and civil litigation. He has extensive experience in advising large entities and construction industry investments, as well as in managing processes related to the formation, liquidation, and transformation of commercial law companies. He is fluent in legal English. He advises both start-ups and international corporations. He has conducted and continues to conduct numerous legal training sessions for entrepreneurs, business professionals, and students — including at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business and the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
