At the company, he is responsible for business development, cybersecurity, building strategic partnerships, and technology-related aspects of regulation and standardization. He represents the electronics industry as Chair of the Committee on Digital Transformation, Security, and Next-Generation Connectivity of Digital Poland Association, as well as Chair of the Committee on Digital Identity and Security of IT Services and Solutions at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Chairman of the University Council at the Łomża Academy and Member of the Program Council of the Departments of Cybernetics and Military Electronics at the Military University of Technology.

Colonel of the Polish Army. A graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (WAT) and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Wrocław School of Applied Computer Science. Currently, he is the Commander of the Regional Computer Science Centre in Wrocław – a military unit responsible for providing the Ministry of National Defense with ICT support for the command, control, and cooperation of the Polish Armed Forces in times of peace, crisis, and war. Major Tomasz Ladra – an experienced officer in the service for 23 years, involved in computer crime from the very beginning of his professional career, currently serving as Head of the Computer Forensics Department at the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime.

Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications, and Computer Science, graduated from the Poznań University of Technology. Co-founder and board member of Identonic Sp. z o.o. An experienced consultant in cybersecurity technology, standardization, and regulations, with particular expertise in digital identity, trust services, and payment authentication. He has been in the industry for over 15 years; in the past, he has been associated with companies such as Gemalto, Thales, PWPW, and Quest/One Identity; he has also collaborated with industry organizations such as Eurosmart and ENISA. A member of Fintech Poland, the Polish Committee for Standardization, and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN); he is involved in standardization work on eIDAS and the European Digital Identity Wallet for the European Commission. In 2024, he was awarded the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal by the Polish Bank Association.

Václav Mladěnka is responsible for digital identity services for financial institutions, focusing on secure online channels and onboarding schemes.  At Monet+, he specializes in balancing strong customer authentication and regulatory compliance with seamless user experience. He has managed major digital transformation projects and the implementation of PSD2 measures. Václav joined Monet+ a.s. after previous experience in project management at KPMG and Clifford Chance LLP.

He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Mr. Wodo earned his PhD in computer science from the Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw. Dr. Wodo’s research interests include computer security, with particular emphasis on biometrics, electronic identity, and the cybersecurity of digital banking. Wojciech Wodo has led numerous research and development projects funded by agencies such as the National Science Centre (NCN), the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP), and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR). He also has experience in innovation management and entrepreneurship, allowing him to effectively commercialize research in collaboration with industry, including PayEye and Identt. Dr. Wodo is an Open Science enthusiast and is involved in European projects on openness, transportability, and integrity in science. He is a practitioner of Open Educational Resources and the FAIR principles.
