Seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in e-signature, onboarding, and digital process orchestration. Serving banks, insurers, and telcos across Central and South-Eastern Europe as Managing Director of Namirial Romania, Adrian brings strong expertise in the technological, legal, and operational requirements of eIDAS, GDPR, and AMLD,  and has been supporting the introduction and optimization of eKYC and e-signature applications in companies in Romania, but also in many other countries from the S-CEE region. He holds a dual degree in Finance and Information Systems Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA.

Aleksandra Przegalińska

[Akademia Leona Koźminskiego]
Professor at Kozminski University, habilitated doctor in management sciences. She earned her PhD in the philosophy of artificial intelligence at the University of Warsaw Institute of Philosophy. Currently, she serves as Vice-Rector for Innovation and AI at Kozminski University and as a scientific advisor to Campus AI. Since 2016, she has conducted research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She is also a graduate of The New School for Social Research. She is currently a Senior Research Associate at the Harvard University Center for Labor and a Just Economy. Her research interests include artificial intelligence development, natural language processing, machine learning, social robots, and wearable technologies.

Anna Przewor

She has served in the Police since 2000, specializing in forensic document examination. For years, she has been associated with the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, where she headed the Document and Audiovisual Techniques Examination Department and carried out tasks in the area of ​​international cooperation. She is the author and co-author of scientific publications, a recipient of the Tadeusz Hanausek Award, and a recipient of a Europol distinction for developing one of the most innovative research methods in forensic document examination.
Since 2008, she has been involved in the area of state registers in public administration (Ministry of Interior and Administration, Ministry of Digital Affairs). She has participated in the construction and development of key state systems, including the State Register System (SRP), the national electronic identification node, and the Trusted Profile. Since 2024, she has served as Director of the Digital Products Division at PWPW, where she is responsible for the development and maintenance of IT systems, including trust services and electronic identification.
Antony Skarlatos is a seasoned business development and digital trust professional with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and international market development. As Country Sales Manager at Namirial, he is responsible for driving business growth across strategic markets including Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region. With deep expertise in electronic signatures, digital onboarding, identity verification, and qualified trust services, Antony supports organizations in accelerating secure and compliant digital transformation initiatives across regulated industries. His work is strongly connected to the evolution of the European Digital Identity framework, including EUDI Wallet initiatives, interoperable digital identity ecosystems, and eIDAS 2.0 trust services.

Arkadiusz Wójs

Prof. Arkadiusz Wójs – Rector of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology for the 2020–2024 and 2024–2028 terms, professor of physical sciences, specialist in theoretical and computational solid-state physics. A graduate of the Third Secondary School in Wrocław and the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with which his scientific and academic career is connected. He is a full member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a member of Academia Europaea. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, books, and conference papers, a doctoral supervisor, and a recipient of numerous prestigious scientific awards. He has served, among others, as Dean of the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and since 2018 has been the academic director of the Wrocław Knowledge Hub of Academia Europaea. In 2025, he became Vice-President of the Alliance of European Universities Unite! in the area of ​​science.

Artur Miękina

Director of Project Sales and e-Business Development at Asseco Data Systems. Vice-Chairman and Council Member of the Digital Poland Association. Vice-Chairman and expert of the Digital Administration Committee of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT). As a Sales Director, he combines his deep understanding of digital administration and data security with sales and business development skills. His experience with public key architecture (PKI) and electronic signatures, as well as his role in establishing one of the qualified Certification Centers in Poland, allows him to effectively lead digital transformation projects and implement paperless processes. Barbara Mróz-Gorgoń

Since 2022, she has been a visiting professor at Kasetsart University in Bangkok. Barbara Mróz-Gorgoń is a consultant and specialist in corporate branding and strategy, a researcher, and a scientist in one. Throughout her career, she has delivered over 20 power speeches and co-hosted podcasts. She also regularly conducts training and workshops for numerous renowned companies (domestic and foreign) operating in both the Polish and global markets. She is the author of numerous scientific publications, including the book “Rebranding. Strategic Change for Organizations,” published by PWN, which received the prestigious “Economicus 2020” distinction – awarded by the competition jury of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. She is co-author of the Polish edition of the book: Fundamentals of Modern Marketing – a compendium of knowledge prepared jointly with global marketing guru Professor Philip Kotler. Since 2025, she has been the curator of the generative art exhibition artintell (art using AI). Also in 2025, Professor Mróz-Gorgoń was appointed, by regulation of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, as an expert to the inter-ministerial team developing a coherent communication strategy for the Polish brand.

Bartłomiej Baut

A machine learning specialist at NASK and a second-cycle cybersecurity student at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He specializes in biometrics, AI security, and machine learning applications in cybersecurity. His engineering thesis on airborne signatures as a biometric authentication method won first place in a national competition organized by the Polish Information Processing Society and a distinction in the Ministry of National Defense’s Marian Rejewski Award. He co-founded and led a team competing in the viole(n)t cybersecurity competition, which was ranked 7th in Poland by the CTFtime 2025 ranking. He is currently developing methods for detecting deepfakes through lip-sync analysis as part of his master’s thesis.

Bartłomiej Pejo

Damian Klimas

He is a lecturer at the University of Wrocław, where he teaches courses on the use of legal databases, personal data protection, and access to public information. He has extensive experience in GDPR implementations, including in the banking, medical, and telemedicine sectors. He serves as a Data Protection Officer for entities in the healthcare and care sector. He participated in the development of the STOP COVID – ProteGO Safe application, supporting the preparation of DPIA documentation and consultations with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and international bodies within the eHealth network. He chairs the working group of co-controllers of contact tracing applications operating within the eHealth Network pursuant to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1023. Eryk Libelt

Eryk Libelt is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT and financial sectors. From 2006 to 2015, he held management positions at GE Money Bank, MeritumBank, Kredyt Bank, BZWBK, and Santander Bank (Director of the IT Quality Department). From 2015 to 2021, he co-founded and served as a Management Board Member of the technology startup Makeitright. Since 2018, he has been a Business Angel and investor managing a portfolio of his own investments in the IT, digital, horeca, real estate development, and energy & commodity sectors. Filip Zagórski

Gabriela Mrozek

Grzegorz is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Autenti project. He is an expert in the field of the Internet, with particular emphasis on digital media and e-commerce. He was one of the founders of the Interia.pl portal. He also worked at RMF FM Radio, TVN SA and Grupa Onet. As the chairman of the PBI Supervisory Board, he initiated the creation of the standard for measuring users on the Internet. He was the CEO of Allegro Group, he performed advisory and corporate relations functions for the Naspers Group (Allegro). He is the initiator and co-founder of the Chamber of Electronic Economy and a member of the e-Chamber Council.
Guillaume has nearly 20 years of expertise in passport/ID scanners and in document authentication. His global experience in this field extends to sectors such as Police border control, townhalls’ enrolment, airports/airlines, hotels, gaming, car-rental, tax refund, financial services, access control/Visitors’ registration. He is the CRO and co-founder of onysID, a German company specialized in designing and manufacturing passports/ID scanners, also compliant with digital IDs. 

Igor Sumara

He has participated in international projects for entities such as Amazon, Oxford University Press, and Google. Jacek Oko

Dr. Jacek Oko, Eng., is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a professor in the Department of Telecommunications and Teleinformatics, and the Director of the Wrocław Networking and Supercomputing Center. He has extensive experience in electronic communications, gained in the academic and private sectors (including Telefonia Dialog and Avistamedia), and public administration, including his role as President of the Office of Electronic Communications. He specializes in telecommunications and digital services, encompassing technical (including cybersecurity), regulatory, and business aspects. He has participated in key projects related to the development of digital infrastructure, the implementation of innovative systems, and the shaping of the electronic communications market, including the 5G spectrum auction and efforts to enhance cybersecurity.
He works as a Key Account Manager for banking and insurance companies, supporting the delivery and implementation of complex trust systems such as identity providers, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate authority infrastructure. He is currently focused on the practical transition to EUDIW and alternative authentication methods within PSD3/PSR.

Jan Szajda

An expert in cybersecurity and identity verification. A specialist in the development of biometric systems based on artificial intelligence. President of the Management Board and co-founder of IDENTT Sp. z o.o. Since 2015, he has been responsible for building and maintaining the technical team in Poland. He is deeply involved in the strategy and development of IDENTT products and shares his experience at conferences and expert meetings. His main areas of interest are information security and trusted services, particularly digital authentication and authorization methods, including those using biometrics.

Janusz Cieszyński

[Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland]
Member of the Polish Parliament, former Minister of Digital Affairs, and Secretary of State responsible for digitalization in public administration. His work focuses on the development of state digital services, cybersecurity, and the implementation of modern technologies in the public sector. He co-created and oversaw the implementation of numerous digital projects in public administration, including the development of e-government services and electronic identification systems.
Consultant in the Innovation Department at EFL. On a daily basis, she works on topics related to qualified electronic signatures, identity verification, and e-Delivery services. She is involved in implementing new solutions and promoting reading through the Reading Initiative within the EFL Group.
Joanna Koczorowska focuses on the development of products and public services in the mobile domain. She currently works at the Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki, where she is responsible for improving and expanding digital services for citizens. She currently leads the team developing the mObywatel application. She built her professional career over many years in the financial sector, including at Bank Pekao S.A., where she gained extensive project experience, also in an international environment within the UniCreditprogram. This combination of experience across public administration, finance, and international collaboration shapes her approach to designing modern and user-friendly services. In her work, she focuses on developing mobile solutions that increase the accessibility of public services and respond to real user needs.

Kacper Dąbrowski

He designs and develops technological solutions based on a single premise: architecture must directly support business outcomes. He specializes in building systems that combine security, scalability, and speed of value delivery, emphasizing a security-by-design approach and closely linking technological decisions with real-world business outcomes. As a founder and co-founder of startups, he was responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from concept through development to scaling. At the heart of his work is effective architecture that bridges business and IT, supported by a DevOps approach, automation, and the construction of environments enabling rapid, predictable, and secure product development. Founder and CEO of Vercly and Co-founder of Ecoris. For over a decade, he has been building and scaling technology companies operating at the intersection of regulation, data, and automation. He began his professional career in large telecommunications and insurance organizations, where he was responsible for developing and implementing IT systems and digitizing operational processes. He later leveraged this corporate experience to build his own SaaS products for the financial and B2B sectors. At Vercly, he is responsible for the development of a platform automating KYB/AML processes, adverse media screening, and third-party lifecycle management (Vercly ONE). Currently, with support from European Funds, he is also leading an R&D project focused on automating PEP/RCA relationship detection using AI and large language models (LLMs). He advocates for a practical approach to compliance and automation, believing that technology should simplify processes, enhance security, and be realistically implementable within organizations rather than remain purely conceptual. He regularly speaks at industry events and conducts workshops and sessions for compliance, AML, and risk management practitioners.

Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz

A distinguished Polish economist and banker, he served as President of the Polish Bank Association for many years (2003–2023) and played a key role in building the infrastructure of the Polish banking sector. A graduate of the University of Wrocław and the Warsaw School of Economics, he co-founded the National Clearing House, the Credit Information Bureau (BIK), and holds an honorary doctorate from the Warsaw School of Economics. Magdalena Witkowska-Krzymowska

Marcin Czugan

Marek Klonowski

Prof. Marek Klonowski is a researcher at the Chair of Artificial Intelligence at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. His scientific work focuses on the intersection of information security and artificial intelligence. He is the author of over 150 publications in the fields of data security, privacy protection, and algorithm analysis. As a supervisor, he has led more than a dozen PhD dissertations and has served as the principal investigator in seven research and development (R&D) projects. In 2008, he was awarded the Witold Lipski Award for young computer scientists. He holds PhDs in computer science (2006) and mathematics (2009), and was granted the title of professor in 2020.

He has over many years of experience in implementing technology projects and solutions for regulated sectors.
